Where is my data hosted?

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as our cloud hosting platform, and our data centres are based in Dublin, Ireland. We choose AWS because they provide a strong level of security in retaining our data. Are you ISO compliant

Kadence has obtained SOC 2 Type I compliance and is currently in the reporting period for SOC 2 Type II certification to be completed mid 2022. All of our infrastructure partners are SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified.

Is SSO secure?

Yes. When a user signs in, they enter login credentials into your SSO provider, which then passes on a token to our system for authenticating that person to use the app. When using SSO, a user’s password is never sent to the Kadence system.

What user data is being stored? Are you GDPR and US data security compliant?

Yes, we are GDPR and US data security compliant. We only store data that is absolutely necessary for the functioning of our solution. These include first & last name, email address, job title, profile photo, and a list of space reservations. All data is encrypted in transit.
