How do I know when my guest has arrived?

Your guest will receive a ‘check in’ email 1 hour prior to your booking start time. They can check-in directly from the email up to 30 min before the booking. This will send an email notification to the host to let them know their guest has arrived.

It’s all completely touchless so there is no need to buy expensive hardware.
