When you sign up you will receive a welcome email with a link to a form to complete. You can also request this link from your Customer Success Manager.

How long do office floor plans take to produce?

Floor plans take 7-10 business days from the submission of the plans.

How many office floor plans can I have?

Unlimited office floor plans can be uploaded, but please note each floorplan comes with a setup fee.

Can I use a directory sync to upload users?

Yes. We offer Directory Sync for Google, Azure, Okta, OneLogin, Bamboo HR, and others.

Can groups / teams be carried over from our system to Kadence, using active directory sync?

Yes, all groups / teams will be reflected in Kadence but the admin will still have ‘assign a team manager’ if they wish to have one.

Will employee directory sync be able to pull in profile pictures?

No, the users will have to set their profile pictures within Kadence.

How do I setup Team managers?

Select a name from the list of users, and assign them as a Team manager in the team’s section of the employee directory. You can also select user rights, such as whether you want the team manager to be allowed to book on behalf of their team members.

What data will you need from us?

We only use username, email address, and department data related to individual users. With the Active Directory Sync integration, we will take the aforementioned data from the Employee Directory.
